A soft skill talk on “challenge yourself” was organized in JNIT on 14 -10-10 .a very energetic 3 hrs lecture was delivered by Mr. Gopinath Balachandran.

Mr. Gopinath Balachandran is a  reknown international training fellow as well as HRD consultant. He is specialist on soft skill. He is also a certification commissioner of ICF university USA.

Mr Balachandran motivated the students. He asked them to get knowledge because knowledge keeps us update which makes a person confident. So we must know about ourselves. If we are confident we can challenge ourselves as well as others.
