Rules and Regulations

All the matches will be played according to the rules of the international cricket

Council(I.C.C.) as adopted by them from time to time

  • The individual and time championship shell be organized on knockout basis.
  • The kit should be under the guidelines of I.C.C. and team should bring its own kits.
  • All the competitors are requested to report to the chief Referee at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of their match.
  • Postponement under no circumstances wiil be granted.
  • Each college will send one responsible staff member as manager/coach with the team.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to change the program of fixture as and when it deems fit.
  • The decision of the referee on all technical aspects will be final.
  • Each participant must produce an identity Card,with photograph duly signed by the Head of the institution, valid for the current Year, whenever required.
  • Every participating college will be entitled to send a Team of maximum fourteen players in boys.
  • The knockout and group stage matches will be of 14over’s while semifinal match will be of 16 over’s and the final match will be of 20 over’s.

Rules and Regulations

A team shall consist of 12 players. Nine (9) players are required to start and continue a game.
Primary & backup UNIFORMS shall be like-colored jerseys with permanent numbers on the back (bring a permanent marker :).
Each regulation game is 40 minutes (2 x 20-minute halves). There is no overtime for regulation games, they will remain tied.
Playoff games are 40-minutes (2 x 20-minute halves).
Slide-tackling is not allowed in all divisions.
All goals shall be scored as ONE (1) point.
A forfeit is awarded if a team is not present to play within 5 minutes of their scheduled game time and the winning team will be awarded a 1-0 score.
The HOME team, listed first on the schedule, MUST change their jersey in case of any color conflict (as determined by the referee).
The AWAY team, listed second, MUST provide the game ball.

Penalties

1‘Hot Head Rule’ - Yellow-carded players MUST sit out for 4 minutes but may be replaced by the same gender.
The opposing team may also substitute ONE player upon a yellow-card violation (one-for-one).
2 RED-Carded players may not be replaced and must sit out for the game in which they're rejected and the team's next scheduled game.
3 Repeat red-carded players will be ejected from the tournament. A team will play short by whichever gender was carded.
Rest of the rules are as per FIFA rules and regulation.

Rules and Regulations

All the matches will be played according to the rules of the Volleyball Federation of India as adopted by them from time to time.

The individual and Team Championship shell be organized on Knockout basis.

All the competitors are requested to report to the Chief Referee at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of their match.

Postponement under no circumstances will be granted.

Each college will send one responsible Staff Member as Manager/Coach with the team.

If girl are participating, a lady Staff Member should accompany them.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the Program of fixture as and when it deems fit.

The decision of the referee on all technical aspects will be final.

Each participant must produce an Identity Card, with photographduly signed by the Head of the institution, valid for the current year, whenever required.

Every participating college will be entitled to send a team of maximum nine players in each group 1 separately in Boys and Girls.

Rules and Regulations

• Participants are requested to carry their Identity Cards with them and present the Same on demand by the authorities. • Each competitor will have to bring his/her own striker. Striker made out of any Material other than metal can be used. • Walkovers will be declared 15 minutes after the scheduled match time. • Approved laws of International Carrom Association will be strictly adhered to. • As per new ICF Rules, full game will be of 25 points- Queen’s value is reduced to 3 points from 5 points & after reaching the score of 22 points players looses the Advantage of queen’s value. • Postponements will not be granted under any circumstances. • The tournament committee reserves the right to change or alter the Programme of fixtures in unforeseen circumstances. • Chief Referees/Tournament Committee’s decision on all matters will be final and binding on all the participants. • A team must be accompanied by a SPORTS DIRECTOR/STAFF MEMBER of the college. • Competitor after Reporting should not leave Tournament area without the Permission of the Chief Referee. • A Particular Board does not finish within 15 minutes then the Chief Referee will declare the winner at the Board as per therequest of the Board Referee No of coins left on the Board.

Rules and Regulations

The ball may be thrown in any direction with one or both hands.

The ball may be batted in any direction with one or both hands.

  • A player cannot run with the ball. The player must throw it from the spot on which he catches it, allowance to be made for a man who catches the ball when running at a good speed if he tries to stop.
  • The ball must be held in or between the hands; the arms or body must not be used for holding it.
  • A foul is striking at the ball with the fist, violation of rules three and four and such described in rule five.
  • If either side makes three consecutive fouls, it shall count a goal for the opponents (consecutive means without the opponents in the mean time making a foul).
  • A goal shall be made when the ball is thrown or batted from the grounds into the basket and stays there (without falling), providing those defending the goal do not touch or disturb the goal. If the ball rests on the edges, and the opponent moves the basket, it shall count as a goal.
  • The umpire shall be the judge of the men and shall note the fouls and notify the referee when three consecutive fouls have been made. He shall have power to disqualify people according to Rule 5
  • The referee shall be judge of the ball and shall decide when the ball is in play, in bounds, to which side it belongs, and shall keep the time. He shall decide when a goal has been made and keep account of the baskets, with any other duties that are usually performed by a scorekeeper.
  • The time shall be two fifteen-minute halves, with five minutes rest between.
  • Every participating college will be entitled to send a Team of maximum fourteen players in boys.
  • The side making the most points in that time is declared the winner.
